The most significant thing to report is the extreme success we enjoyed by making a presentation at the
Mid‐Winter Conference of 2013. We presented an Alternate Dispute Resolution Conference which
comprised of Justice Doug Abra, Dave Hill and Candace Grammond. Before a large crowd we conducted
the Judicially Assisted Dispute Resolution conference which lasted over two hours and seemingly was
appreciated by everyone in attendance.
While the ADR Section will continue next year with the same executive, we would welcome new
members who can suggest new and varying topics.
We are part of a national network of representatives from each province and exchange ideas via e‐mail
or conference calls.
