Biography

PREMMAL PATEL-DAVID i provides her services in Wills & Estate, Real Estate & commercial/corporate laws, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Immigration Laws and Criminal matters.Prior to practicing in Manitoba, Premmal has practiced law in Mumbai, India with here niche in Estate, Real estate and commercial laws, Family & civil litigation. She has advised multinational companies set up their business in India. She was also involved in teaching law at a reputed law college. Premmal graduated with Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University as a full academic scholar. After graduation she finished her Juris doctor degree at the Mumbai University. She then received a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. Premmal is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati & Marathi.Premmal believes in community service and has always given a lot of time to the legal and volunteer community. Premmal’s motto is to work in best interest of her clients within the legal parameter’s.Outside of her law practice she enjoys spending time with her family especially her son. She is involved in fitness & dance program’s.

Dr. Jennifer L. Schulz

Biography

Dr. Jennifer L. Schulz is a full professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Manitoba where she teaches Torts and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has been a practicing mediator for over 25 years, predominantly mediating insurance disputes. She has written many articles and book chapters on mediation and her most commonly cited books are The Joy of Torts and Mediation & Popular Culture. Dr. Schulz welcomes requests for consultative work and mediation in Winnipeg or Toronto.
