We began the year by polling our members to see what their interests were. Returns were spotty.
We held two workshops, both of them well‐attended and interesting. One was on the Business of Arbitration, featuring well‐known arbitrators Robert Dawson, Arne Peltz, and Jim Stoffman. The other was on the trend in other provinces toward private family arbitrations, featuring Ontario arbitrator and academic Hilary Linton in a video workshop.
