At this session, Rekha Malaviya, K.C. and Amanda Sansregret, K.C. will review some of the notable cases that were decided by the Supreme Court and Manitoba Court of Appeal over the last year or so. Sharing their own unique perspectives as appellate counsel on different sides of the courtroom, they will discuss the important takeaways from these decisions that matter to the criminal practitioner.
