Manitoba Registry Systems and Applications under The Real Property Act
The focus of this session is on real property law and questions that commonly affect those who practice real estate, particularly members in rural Manitoba. Multiple topics are canvassed, with particular attention to: a brief overview of The Registry Act and the old/deed system, real property applications that bring old system lands into the Torrens (new) land registry.
