Branch Bylaws

Definitions

In this General By law and all other by laws and resolutions of the Manitoba Branch of the Canadian Bar Association:
(1)    "Association" means the Canadian Bar Association.  
(2)    "Branch" means the Manitoba Branch of the Canadian Bar Association, also known as the “Manitoba Bar Association”.  
(3)    "Branch Council" means the Council of the Branch.  
(4)    "Province" means the Province of Manitoba.
