TOPIC: Manitoba Ombudsman and the Municipal Complaints Process
SPEAKER: Jill Perron, Manitoba’s Ombudsman
Manitoba’s ombudsman, Jill Perron, will discuss the complaints process, including investigations of Municipalities and how it can lead to a variety of outcomes, including improved administration for the benefit of the citizens.
Please RSVP (PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED) to the Manitoba Bar Association online at www.cbapd.org. The link to join the meeting will be sent the morning of the meeting.
At approximately 9:30am on Thursday, May 19, 2022 an email will be sent from the MBA advising you of the link that you will click on to join the Zoom video conference meeting. So it will be important to register before 5:00pm on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
Attendance at this MBA meeting can be applied towards your Law Society of Manitoba's Continuing Professional Development for a maximum of one hour.
