Our speakers will discuss Federal Court Procedure for judicial review and other matters, including discussion of when to file with the Federal Court, certified tribunal records, the Federal Court case management process, and tips and tricks for advocating for clients in the Federal Court.

Attendance at this MBA Section meeting can be applied towards your Law Society of Manitoba’s Continuing Professional Development requirement for a maximum of 1.5 hours.
